Geneva, Ohio – The Edinboro men's track team competed at Grand Valley State Big Meet and the Spire Indoor Games on Saturday.
Trevor Neumann set the Edinboro school record in the weight throw with a toss of 14.66 finishing sixth at Spire.
Donald Shymske was fourth in the 800-meters at Spire with a time of 1:56.08. In the high jump
Wieger De Wit finished third with a PSAC qualifying mark of 1.95 meters.
Garett Skinner turned in a top-10 performance in the 60-meter hurdles crossing the line in 8.89 to finish sixth. The 4x400 team of
Chance Miller,
Aaron Myers, Shymske and Ethan Quezada finished fifth in a time of 3:31.74.
In the long jump,
Connor Munson was fifth with a distance of 6.65 meters.
Luke Campbell jumped 12.14 meters in the triple jump to place sixth.
At the Big Meet,
Ralph Antonucci was seventh in the 3K with a time of 8:33.77.
Shea McCusker turned in a PSAC qualifying time of 1:56.57 in the 800-meter.
The Scots are back in action on Saturday at the Ashland Last Chance Meet.
