Ashland, Ohio – The Edinboro women's track & field team competed in their final tune up before the PSAC Championships with a trip to the Ashland Last Chance on Saturday.
On the track,
Noa Arlandis Bernet ran a 59.75 in the 400-meter to place fourth.
Kadi Bauer was sixth in the 800-meter with a time of 2:19.72.
Madeline Hammond ran a 5:11.02 in the mile to place second while
Meryn Boardman was 13
th in 5:39.63.
Madeline Newark ran a 9.44 60-meter hurdles to place sixth.
In the field events,
Jada Cole led the way clearing 1.73 meters in the high jump to place first at the meet.
Anna Elder was fourth in the weight throw with a distance of 17.01 meters. Lourianna Alston posted a 11.98 meters to take 20
th. Alston also threw the shot put finishing 18
th with a throw of 10.30 meters.
Bailey Janukites reached 9.72 meters to take 21
st.
Sophia Allison placed fourth in the triple jump with a distance of 10.11 meters.
Morgan Wilhelm was 15
th in the long jump at 4.66 meters.
The Scots next action will be next Saturday at the PSAC Championships.
