EDINBORO, Pa. -- The Edinboro women's soccer team begins the 2026 season with a pair of home games inside Sox Harrison Stadium Thursday and Saturday.

The Games
The Scots begin the season on Thursday with a home contest against Mercy at noon. Edinboro opens PSAC West play on Saturday when they host IUP at 1 p.m. Both games will be streamed on the PSAC Digital Network and Edinboro Athletics will provide live stats.

Preseason Poll
Edinboro was picked fourth in the PSAC West preseason coaches' poll. Last season the Scots finished last season, 8-9-1 overall and 6-7-1 in PSAC West play earning a spot in the PSAC postseason. 

Offensive Returners
Edinboro returns PSAC West Freshman of the Year Jada Cole and her 22 points on 10 goals and two assists. Elise Cacchione and Grace Madison each finished with three points a season ago.

Defensive Returners
On the backend, second-team all-conference player Sonoka Shiokawa. Keeper Brianna Garey started all 18 games in net posting an .815 save percentage and a 1.41 goals against average.
