NORTH CANTON, Oh. – The Edinboro Men's Tennis team dropped their first match of the season on Friday night as they fell to Walsh University 7-2. The loss drops the men to 5-1 on the season.
Brandon Romain scored a victory for Edinboro, beating Grant Bilinovich 6-1, 6-0.
Kody Duncan was leading Carlos Jaque 7-6 before Jaque was forced to retire, giving Edinboro it's only two wins of the match.
With their victories, Romain and Duncan both move to 5-0 on the season. Their five wins lead the team.
Edinboro returns for a four-game home stand, starting today against West Virginia Wesleyan at the Westwood Racquet Club in Erie.
