ERIE, Pa. (February 21, 2015) - The Edinboro men's tennis team dropped a 5-4 decision to visiting West Liberty in both teams' spring season opener on Saturday night at the Westwood Racquet Club in Erie, Pa. The Fighting Scots fell to 1-2 on the season, while the Hilltoppers improved to 3-0.
The duo of Juan Estepa and Anmol Sandhu earned a victory at No. 3 doubles with an 8-1 triumph over Pablo Cimorra and Matt Tully.
Vitor Albanese picked up a win at No. 3 singles, while Daniel Galimany defeated Cimorra at the No. 5 singles position and Anmol Sandhu topped Luke Flanagan at No. 6 singles.
Edinboro returns to action on February 27 hosting Lake Superior State.
