HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Edinboro men's tennis team improved to 9-3 with an impressive 8-1 win over Augustana(SD) at Chaplin Park. The Fighting Scots will wrap up their spring trip on Friday with a match against Mount Olive at 9:30 a.m.
Edinboro opened the match by sweeping the doubles matches, with
Vitor Albanese and
Mateus Santos prevailing 9-7 at number one doubles. The Fighting Scots then completed the impressive day with wins in five of the six singles matches. All five wins came in straight sets.
