Box Score (New/Sortable Format) ERIE, Pa. -- The Edinboro men's tennis team remained perfect in PSAC play as they picked up a 7-2 win over Bloomsburg on Saturday evening. The win moves the Fighting Scots to 7-6 overall and 3-0 in conference action. The Huskies fall to 2-5, and 0-1 in the PSAC.

The Fighting Scots jumped ahead winning two of the three doubles matches. Vitor Albanese and Mateus Santos made quick work of Lucas Pedrotti and Nagid Walle with an 8-2 win at the top singles spot. Daniel Fernandez and Kevin Mboko finished just a minute after them with an 8-3 win at number two doubles. 

Albanese, Fernandez, Mboko and Mateus Santos all picked up two wins on the day after winning their singles matches as well. The lone win for Bloomsburg in singles went the distance in a three-set match.

Edinboro returns to the court on Saturday, March 24 with another PSAC contest against Kutztown. The match against the Golden Bears starts at 4 p.m. at the Westwood Racquet Club in Erie.
