Bryce Baez was named PSAC West Athlete of the Week announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
Baez helped the Scots to a pair of non-conference victories over Point Park and Roberts Wesleyan averaging 20.0 points and 14.0 rebounds per game. He averaged 8.0 offensive rebounds per contest. He shot .66.7 percent from the floor and 84.6 percent from the line.
Against the Pioneers, Baez tallied 27 points and 13 rebounds to go with two assists. In the Scots win over Roberts Wesleyan, he notched 13 points and 15 rebounds.
The Scots are back in action on Tuesday when they travel to Malone.
