Carnegie Mellon Invitational on Friday and Saturday.
Hayden Skinner turned in a sixth-place performance in the 110-meter hurdles in a time of 15.41. Skinner also ran the 100-meter finishing in 11.22.
Avon Rouse ran the 400-meter finishing seventh with a time of 49.81. Rouse also turned in a time of 22.61 in the 200-meter taking 21
st. Braden Hain ran a 54.47 in the 400 to take 30
th.
Four Scots competed in the 800-meter led by
Aaron Myers with a time of 2:02.15 placing 36
th.
Aivan Vargas was 40
th with a time of 2:02.80.
Coleton Fisher crossed the line in 2:02.95 to take 42
nd and
Garrett Bartlebaugh was 45
th in a time of 2:04.08.
In the 1,500-meter Ethan Quezada posted a time of 4:13.50 placing 28
th.
PJ Berger was 33
rd with a time of 4:15.89.
Ackerly Mulcaster finished the 3K in 9:42.16 to place 21
st.
Bartlebaugh, Myers, Fisher and Vargas teamed up in the 4x400 relay to place 10
th in a time of 3:29.14.
In the field events,
Bobby Yost turned in a PSAC qualifying throw of 53.21 meters in the javelin.
Kaden Velasquez and
Trevor Neumann became the first two Scots to ever throw hammer with Velasquez finishing 26
th with a toss of 31.84 while Neumann was 28
th with a distance of 28.77 meters.
Edinboro had four athletes throwing discus.
Connor Munson paced the Scots with a throw of 40.45 meters to take 13
th. Yost was 25
th with a throw of 35.32 meters. Neumann recorded a distance of 35.11 meters to take 26
th and Velasquez was 31
st with a throw of 33.16 meters.
The Scots are back in action next Friday at the Dave Labor Invitational hosted by Slippery Rock.
