Williamsport, Pa. – After two rain delays on two different days the Edinboro men's tennis team won it's  1fifth straight PSAC Championship defeating Bloomsburg 4-0 Saturday afternoon.
Weather concerns pushed the championship match up to start at 9:30 p.m. on Friday night.
On Friday, the Scots swept the doubles action with 
Stanislas Noel and 
Mathis Amsellem defeated Iu Casamitjana Badis and Denis Dementev 6-1 at top flight doubles. At number two, 
Fabricio Sosa Pons and 
Leon Grassnickel were 6-3 winners over Fernando Barros and Jamie Soria. 
Gerardo Garrido Guzman and Thonas Buchard completed the sweep 6-4 over Sergio Dilan and Albert Martin.
The singles action started Friday night, but weather forced the match to be suspended before any singles matches were completed.
The match resumed at 10 a.m. on Saturday outdoors at Bloomsburg. When play resumed, 
Arsen Tabaldyev  won 6-2, 6-2 at number five over Barros to make it 2-0 Scots.  Amsellem made it 3-0 Edinboro defeating Badid 6-3, 6-2 at number two.
The rains came again delaying the match and moving it indoors to Williamsport. After move indoors, 
Ben Maldener closed out the match with a 6-2, 3-6, 6-4 victory over Landon Wall at number six.
The Scots earn an automatic qualifying spot in the NCAA Atlantic Regional and await there seeding at the selection show on Monday.
