Connor Munson and
Bobby Yost were named College Sport Communicators Academic All-District selections Tuesday afternoon.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's Track & Field teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top studentathletes for their combined performances on the track, in the field, and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men's track& field honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Munson, a computer sciences major, qualified for nationals in the decathlon earning Second-Team All-American honors. He was the first Fighting Scot to break 7,000 in the decathlon and also set the Edinboro pole vault record. Yost, a geology major, was 24th in the Atlantic Region in the javelin with a throw of 53.21 meters.
Munson has qualified for the Academic All-America ballot with the All-America teams set to release on July 17.
