EDINBORO, Pa. (January 23, 2014) – The Edinboro University athletic department continued its Read to Compete Program on Thursday, January 23, with members of the wheelchair basketball team taking their turn. They visited Edinboro Elementary School in the morning, reading to students in the second grade along with holding a question and answer period. Participants included Katie Chasar, Karen Risser, Ken McPherson, and John Herndon. The wheelchair basketball team will host the Edinboro CID Tournament on Friday and Saturday.
