Stan Swank is just two wins shy of 500 for his Edinboro career. The 1-7 Lady Wolves are the first of the two to visit McComb Fieldhouse as they enter on a five-game losing streak on Tuesday. The Marauders follow the day after and enter the week 5-3 and on a two-game winning streak. Both games tip-off at 5:30 p.m.

Stan Swank is closing in on a historic mark. The PSAC all-time leader in coaching victories is only two wins away from becoming the first coach in conference history to reach 500 career wins. Swank is in his 28th season at the helm of the Fighting Scots. Edinboro has been particularly successful as of late, winning 110 of their last 132 games, good for an 83.3 win percentage. In that time the Fighting Scots have captured three PSAC titles, an Atlantic Region title, and an Elite Eight appearance. Swank previously coached for four seasons at Parkland Junior College, winning 104 games to give him 602 coaching victories. Win number 600 came against Seton Hill on November 19.
• After missing the first five games of the season, 2014 WBCA All-American
Valerie Majewski returned for Edinboro at Slippery Rock. The senior guard responded with 15 points on 6-for-11 shooting and 2-for-5 on 3-pointers. Majewski played 37 minutes in her first game back and added four steals. She went on to score 21 points against Mercyhurst on 8-for-11 shooting and then tallied 17 points and five assists against Virginia State. Majewski is averaging 17.7 ppg. and shooting 21-for-37 (56.8 percent) from the floor and 10-for-17 (58.8 percent) on 3-pointers. The University at Buffalo transfer, who was also named the 2014 PSAC West Athlete of the Year, was a preseason Division II Bulletin All-American and preseason All-PSAC West selection.
• Over the past three seasons the Fighting Scots are 44-1 when leading at halftime, including 26-0 in the last two seasons combined. Edinboro's lost all three games this season that it did not lead at the break and the Scots are 10-13 when trailing at halftime since the start of the 2012-13 season.
SCOUTING CHEYNEY• Cheyney has not topped 63 points once in its five-game losing streak and ranks last in scoring offense in the PSAC with 57.4 ppg. The Lady Wolves are also giving up 74.6 ppg., 16th in the conference. Their 35.2 field goal percentage and 20.0 3-point percentage rank 18th in the PSAC.
• Kyra Hines-Allen is the only Cheyney player averaging double figures in scoring. The junior from Montclair, N.J. is averaging 12.9 ppg. and 9.0 rpg. Hines-Allen has been held to single digits in three straight games. She dominated Mansfield earlier this season with a 25-point, 21-rebound effort in a 72-69 victory.
SCOUTING MILLERSVILLE• Millersville enters 16th in the PSAC in scoring offense at 61.1 ppg. and ninth in scoring defense allowing 64.0 ppg. The Marauders are last in the PSAC in free throw percentage (54.6 percent) and 17th in turnover margin (-5.63). They play at Slippery Rock Tuesday night before heading into McComb Fieldhouse to meet the Fighting Scots.
• Carly Gallagher is third in the PSAC in scoring with 18.0 ppg. The senior guard scored 25 points and pulled down nine rebounds against Kutztown on December 6,. Gallagher is averaging 20.6 ppg. over her last three contests.
• Shelby Reimer shares a close tie with the Edinboro program. She is the younger sister of Sam Reimer, the Fighting Scots all-time leading scorer (1926 points). The redshirt junior guard is averaging 8.4 ppg. this season to go along with 4.1 rpg.
