followed that with a 3-pointer to once again establish a double-digit lead. Edinboro would lead by double-digits for the next 21 minutes.
The Fighting Scots held their largest lead of 20 points with 2:37 left in the first half, ahead 37-17.
The Lady Knights scored the last four points of the first half, cutting the Scots lead to 37-21 at halftime.

Lauren Hippo hit two 3-pointers. The second 3-pointer came with 3:48 remaining to give Edinboro a 59-48 lead. That sparked a 10-0 run and the Scots would lead by least ten the rest of the game. Edinboro led 66-48 with 1:16 left at the conclusion of the run.
During that stretch which sealed the victory is when Jackson scored her 1,000
th point. She did so at the free throw line with 3:27 left in the game.
Majewski led all players with 17 points. The junior guard bounced back from her second career game with Edinboro in which she did not score in double figures (nine versus California (Pa.)) by totaling her highest point total in the last six games. She also added six rebounds.
Lindsay finished with 16 points and eight rebounds as she played the entire game.
Aignee' Freeland nearly had her tenth double-double of the season. The sophomore forward shot 6-for-9 from the floor to finish with 13 points and eight rebounds.
Hippo received her second career start. The sophomore guard responded by shooting 5-for-9 from the floor including 4-for-5 on 3-pointers and finished with 14 points.
Nettie Blake followed her double-double earlier in the season against Edinboro with another, pacing Gannon with 22 points and 11 rebounds.
No other Lady Knight starter hit 50 percent of their shots. Papich was the only other player for Gannon to score in double figures, finishing with 12 points and seven rebounds.
Gannon's third-leading scorer heading into the game, Brittany Batts, was once again shutdown by the Fighting Scots. The first time against Edinboro, Batts shot 1-for-4 from the floor including 1-for-3 on 3-pointers to finish with 3 points, a season-low to that point. Tonight, the PSAC's leading 3-point shooter shot 0-for-4 on 3-pointers (her only four shots in the game) and tied a season-low of zero points.
This win was the seventh victory in the last eight meetings for Edinboro between these two teams. Earlier this year, the Fighting Scots hosted then No. 2 Gannon in McComb Fieldhouse and knocked the Lady Knights from the unbeaten ranks, 75-72 in overtime.
Edinboro will be back at home this Saturday, February 15 when they host Mercyhurst. 1:00 p.m. is the scheduled tip-off time
