Box ScoreEDINBORO, Pa. (February 6, 2015) – The Edinboro wheelchair basketball team dropped a 77-39 decision to visiting Wisconsin-Whitewater in the Fighting Scots' first game of the Edinboro CID Tournament on Friday afternoon. The Fighting Scots moved to 9-15 on the season with the loss.
Mike Adams paced Edinboro with 15 points on 6-of-14 shooting, including 1-of-2 shots from behind the arc. He was a perfect 2-of-2 from the charity stripe.
Isaiah Moore added 12 points to and grabbed a team-high four rebounds for the Fighting Scots, while
Ayuba Alli dished out a game-high seven assists to go along with six points and three steals.
Edinboro returns to action in the tournament tomorrow, Saturday February 7 hosting Illinois. Tip-off with the Illini is set for 4:00 p.m. from McComb Fieldhouse. The Fighting Scots then take on Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne at 5:45 p.m.
