Edinboro Finishes Wichita State Tournament With 67-63 win over Nebraska-Omaha

Box Score (New/Sortable Format) 1 | Box Score (New/Sortable Format) 2 WICHITA FALLS, Kan. -- The Fighting Scot wheelchair basketball team wrapped up play at the Wichita State Tournament splitting their contests against Missouri and Nebraska-Omaha. Edinboro fell in the Day 2 opener to the Tigers of Missouri, 51-42 before rebounding for the 67-63 win over UNO. The Fighting Scots are now 10-9 on the season. 

Edinboro returns home on Friday, January 26 and Saturday January 27 when they host the Boro Intercollegiate Tournament. 

Here is a wrap up of today's two games:

MISSOURI 51, EDINBORO 42
Seamus McNally scored a season-high 12 points to lead the Fighting Scots against the SEC opponent Missouri. The Tigers held on for the 51-42 win over Edinboro. Chayse Wolf and Alex Saleh each added seven points.

EDINBORO 67, NEBRASKA-OMAHA 63
Alex Saleh scored a career-high 26 points to help the Fighting Scots pick up the win over Nebraska-Omaha, 67-63.  Saleh was just one of three Edinboro players in double figures as Kevin Atherley and Chayse Wolf both reached double-digit points. Athlerley recorded 20 points and 12 rebounds while Wolfe added 16 points, eight rebounds and seven assists.
