Women's Basketball Volunteers at Hermitage House Fall Festival

EDINBORO, Pa. -- With the official start of preseason drills fast approaching, the Edinboro women's basketball team took time out to assist with the Hermitage House Fall Festival on Saturday, October 5. Head coach Callie Wheeler, along with assistants Chris Bess and Isaiah Smiley, was joined by 11 members of the team to volunteer their assistance. They participated in the 5k walk/run to raise funds for the Hermitage House to start the day. During the race, those that did not run served as race traffic directors. After the race, they ran a face paint station, petting area, worked the pumpkin patch, and assisted with several activity stations for the families and kids in attendance.
