Edinboro, Pa- The Edinboro Women's Volleyball team (19-5) will finish regular season play as they return home to McComb Fieldhouse for PSAC West matchups with Seton Hill University (12-13) on Friday, Nov. 12. at 6 p.m. and Slippery Rock University (5-23) On Saturday, Nov. 13. at 1 p.m.
Your Fighting Scots
- In Edinboro's previous game, they were back at home on the second day of a back-to-back when they hosted PSAC West opponent Mercyhurst University
- In the previous game, Edinboro closed out Mercyhurst in four sets (25-20, 25-11, 25-27, 25-23), putting Edinboro back in the winning column
- With the victory over Mercyhurst, the Scots are now (19-5) overall and are in a tight race with Gannon at the top of the PSAC West rankings, both teams are currently (11-3) in the conference
- Along with Gannon and Clarion, Edinboro has officially clinched a PSAC Tournament berth, as only the top four teams will come out of the West
- With one win this weekend, Edinboro can secure a first-round home playoff match, as the opponent is still to be determined

- In the match up against Mercyhurst, sophomore Natalie Pallone had one of her best individual performances of the season and recorded two season-highs, Pallone led the Scots with 15 kills at an impressive .682 clip and finished with nine blocks on the defensive end
- Freshman Abby Monn finished with 11 kills to Edinboro's attack at a .241 clip, while posting 15 digs and three blocks
- Junior Bella Burrelli added 11 kills as well at a .229 clip while also finishing with 13 digs and two blocks
- Senior Sally Sterkel was effective and finished with seven kills at a .278 clip, and six blocks
- Senior Alicia Eldredge who leads Edinboro this season with 858 assists, continued her dominance with a game-high 40 assists against the Lakers, Eldredge also finished with a team-high 16 digs
Seton Hill University
- In the previous matchup between Edinboro and Seton Hill this season, the Scots were victorious on the road in five tough sets, (16-25, 24-26, 25-23, 25-21, 15-13)
- In the match against Seton Hill, Edinboro was a few points away from being swept, until they flipped a switch and won three-straight sets in a tough environment at the McKenna Center
- Seton Hill comes into the competition with an overall record of (12-13) and a PSAC West record of (5-9)
- The Griffins are currently in seventh place in the PSAC West, they are only ahead of Pitt-Johnstown and Slippery Rock
- Seton Hill was victorious in their last match against Clarion that was decided by a fifth set, (23-25, 25-21, 21-25, 25-22, 19-17)
- For the Griffins Cameron Baril led the way with a team-high 20 kills as well as two aces and 11 digs
- Mara Yahner added 14 kills to the Seton Hill attack, as well as a team-high 21 digs and three blocks
Slippery Rock University
- In the previous matchup between Edinboro and Slippery Rock this season, the Scots were victorious on the road in three quick sets, (25-8, 25-17, 25-18)
- Slippery Rock comes into the competition with an overall record of (5-23) and a PSAC West record of (1-13)
- The Rock is currently in ninth place in the PSAC West, which is the last spot in the conference standings
- In Slippery Rock's last match, they fell to IUP in three sets, (24-26, 25-23, 25-12)
- For the Rock Erica Selfridge led the way with 12 kills and seven digs on senior day at Morrow Field House
- Chelsie Wheeler also contributed six kills with a .227 clip and five blocks on the defensive end
