Erie, Pa. – The Fighting Scots fell to a 0-17 decision against the Golden Knights on Wednesday evening.

Gannon took a 9-0 lead after the first quarter. Caroline Stevens scored three times in the first quarter, with five in total for the day to take her tally for the season to 31.

Edinboro continued to play hard and halted the scoring with the third quarter seeing just the one goal scored. The two shots on goal by Edinboro were stopped by Gannon's Jess Cheyenne who took the decision in the cage.

Kaitlyn Binotto had 13 saves in the cage for Edinboro, taking her total to 110 for the season.

Edinboro returns to Sox Harrison Stadium on Saturday, Apr. 16., they face Slippery Rock in PSAC action with game time set for 1 p.m.
