Kutztown, Pa. – The Edinboro women's basketball team travels to Kutztown and West Chester for the opening of PSAC play Friday and Saturday.
The Games
The Scots take on Kutztown at 3 p.m. on Friday before taking on West Chester at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Last Time Out
Edinboro dropped a 78-67 decision on Tuesday against non-conference opponent Wayne State. Four Scots scored in double figures led by 13 each from
Hayley Sims and
Gillian Fisher.
Morgan Gentile added 12 points and
Hope Garrity tallied 11 on 4-of-6 shooting including 3-of-5 from beyond the arc.
Ava Haddad tallied a team-high eight boards to go with eight points.

Scouting the Golden Bears
Kutztown is 1-3 overall and are coming off an 87-47 loss to the University of Buffalo in an exhibition game. The last Division II game was a 68-62 loss to Jefferson on Nov. 18.
The Golden Bears average 61.5 points per game while allowing 62.8. They hold a +3.5 margin on the glass and are -5.0 in the turnover department. Naia Pulliam leads the offense at 17.3 points per game. Abbey Hearn adds 12.8 points and 6.8 rebounds per contest.

West Chester is 4-1 overall after dropping a 75-63 decision to Jefferson on Sunday. Emily McAteer led the Rams with 20 p0oits and eight boards. Anna McTamney added 15 points.
