Edinboro, Pa. – The Fighting Scots matchup with the Crimson Hawks of IUP has been rescheduled to this Friday afternoon. Edinboro will make the trip to Indiana for a 3 p.m. start.
This will be the second game for Edinboro of their PSAC schedule. They will be looking to bounce back after being shutout by Seton Hill last time out.
Edinboro will look to make their efforts on goal count in their next matchup. The Fighting Scots had 11 attempts on goal against Seton Hill but the Griffins keeper was equal to them.
IUP enter the game with a 2-3 record. The Crimson Hawks won their first PSAC game of the season away at Gannon University in a 16-9 win. Sarah Reustle, Kathryn Burke, and Chantal Jimenez each with four goals on the day.
Sarah Reustle leads IUP in goals scored with 18, also adding two assists. Reustle has 24 successful draw controls as well to her name.
Maddy Schram has played the most minutes in goal for IUP with 24 saves and a save percentage of .436.
Up next for Edinboro is Daeman University on March 23. This will finally see Edinboro open their home season at Sox Harrison Stadium at 6:30 p.m.
