Growth Mindset
I think that the biggest area of growth on the court has come in 2 areas. 1
st the freshman are finally getting comfortable with more responsibility on both ends of the court. This has been hard to get to, especially offensively," said head coach
Jim Glatch. "Early in the season most of the freshman thought they could run an offense as they did in high school. When they realized they couldn't most of them started to shy away from ball handling and shooting the ball. The last tournament at home and the practices since I have made it a point to have certain freshman take over our offense and they are finally getting it and doing it well. I think the other area is in the classroom."
