Edinboro, Pa. – Edinboro opens its 2023 home campaign at home to the visiting Wildcats of Daemen University on Wednesday afternoon. Edinboro enters the contest 2-4 on the season, with Daemen entering 3-5.
Your Fighting Scots began their PSAC schedule with two tough losses to Seton Hill and IUP. Edinboro will be looking to find their scoring touch again after 42 goals in their first four games, but have been unable to capitalize on shots created in their last two matchups.
Rylee Jones has now scored 20 goals in six games played whilst also adding seven assists to lead the Edinboro attack.
Lexi Boyk and
Abigail Juzwick lead the team in groundballs with 16, with Juzwick remaining atop the stats in caused turnovers with 12.

Savannah Fischer leads with 27 saves on the season.
Daemen University enters the matchup with two recent losses against Findlay and Ashland. Before this, they had back-to-back wins against Gannon and Alfred.
In eight games played the Wildcats have scored 70 goals with 30 assists. Dana Bacher leads the team in scoring 17 goals. Casey Decatur has contributed with 16 goals and 15 assists to lead the points table.
Blair Pfohl has 28 groundballs so far this season playing as a goalkeeper. Ella Bouley leads in caused turnovers with 9, adding also to her 15 goals scored. Pfohl has 63 saves with a save percentage of .366.
