Lock Haven, Pa. -- Ashten Boggs was selected as the PSAC West Defensive Athlete of the Week on Monday.

Boggs averaged 14.5 points, to go with 6.5 rebounds, 3.0 steals and 1.0 blocks per game in a pair of PSAC West victories. 

Against California (Pa.), Boggs drew the defensive assignment on Dejah Terrell. She tallied two steals, a block and then tallied 15 points. Against Clarion, Boggs added 14 points, six rebounds, four steals and a block. 

The Scots are back in action on Wednesday when they travel to Gannon.
