SHIPPENSBURG, PA – Edinboro Senior 
Shannon Rohrich scored four goals, including her 100
th career goal to lead the Fighting Scots past Shippensburg 14-8 in women's lacrosse action Friday afternoon at Shippensburg.  Edinboro picks up their first PSAC victory of the season, moving to 5-4 overall and 1-3 in the conference.   Shippensburg falls to 3-7 and 1-3 respectively.
Rohrich entered the game four goals shy of the century mark in her career.  She picked up two goals in the first half and two in the second half to put her squarely at 100, tying 
Abbey Mackessy for the most in Edinboro history. 
Trailing 5-3 with 6:26 remaining in the first half, Edinboro went on a scoring tangent, netting eight straight goals and keeping Shippensburg off the board for 27:15 of game-time to take an 11-5 lead.  Shippensburg attempted to mount a comeback, scoring three straight, but Edinboro answered with three of their own to put the final score at 14-8. 
Keying the eight-goal spurt for Edinboro was Rohrich, who netted three of her four goals during the stretch. 
Freshman goalkeeper 
Autumn Held played a great game, keeping the Raiders off the board for nearly a full half of game-time.  She finished with 12 saves, bumping her season average to 9.25 saves per game, which is third in the PSAC. 
Alexandria DeReamer scored three goals and added an assist in the win.  
Jenny Wirth, 
Katie Magee, and 
Rebecca Martin each scored two goals for the Fighting Scots, while 
Anna Purdy rounded out the scoring with one goal. 
The Fighting Scots will stay east and head to Millersville tomorrow for a game with the Marauders slated to start at 2 p.m.
